While there is nothing wrong with traditional Buffalo wings, this recipe for Crispy Baked Wings 3 Ways will take your wing game to the next level!
We decided to make a big batch of wings for game day, we don’t make wings that often and wanted all of our favorite flavors. Why not give your guests options?
Maybe not everyone at the party likes hot wings, so we aim to please. Here’s an easy way, to make wings 3 ways and not go crazy in the process. It’s actually really easy in the oven. We only used one extra pot actually and they all turned out so good, I don’t even think I can pick a favorite.
In fact we were way happier with the food then we were with the outcome of the football game we were watching.
The Non-Call game, did not go in our favor. We were cheering for the Saints, not the team formally known as the St. Louis Rams. (Insert Mr. Yum’s words of wisdom on the play: aside from the obvious pass interference and the helmet-to-helmet…and the fact that Robey-Coleman was lined up improperly so the play should never have even started…the officiating was a mess all around…but the no-call was one of the worst things I have ever seen!)
Mr. Yum has been a Saints fan for ages, despite the Rams being the hometown team for some time. But, since Stan Kronke and all his big money decided our stadium wasn’t good enough, even though it wasn’t even old, moved them back to L.A. So yes, still bitter about that whole fiasco.
Now back to happier things…
One thing I am excited about this serving tray. It’s actually a cake stand that turns into a chip and dip server, a punch bowl, salad bowl, trifle bowl. You just flip it around different ways for different uses. This part is the bottom of the cake stand turned upside down.
It’s genius, I can’t believe someone didn’t think of this sooner. It’s well worth the money just on saving space.
What can you serve with this Crispy Baked Wings 3 Ways?
- If you like Blue Cheese Dip, this one has a lot of good reviews from Fifteenspatulas.com
Some tips:
- The best cooking spray I’ve ever used is Crisco Professional Grill Master No Stick Grill Spray because those grates are no fun to clean, but using this spray makes clean up easy. I use it on both sides and anything you use non stick spray on. It cost a little more, but it’s totally worth it not to have to scrub!
- An amazing invention we recently found for serving is this Libbey Selene 6-in-1 Multipurpose Server, Punch Bowl, Chip and Dip Bowl, Cake Stand
