Wanted to know if you can use a pork butt for the recipe: Pork Roast with Brown Sugar Apple Dijon Glaze. Can't seem to find a bone-in pork sirloin roast ANYWHERE!

Good afternoon,
I saw your recipe on Yummly and thought I'd reach out.
Hi! Elizabeth Martins, PR manager with Fox Chapel Publishing, here. We're proud to announce that we will be publishing a chili cookbook by Brian Baumgartner, best known for his role as Kevin Malone from The Office...and also for spilling a pot of chili! The book is called Seriously Good Chili Cookbook and comes out next summer 2022.
The book will include 100+ chili recipes. Many recipes will be supplied by Brian and his circle of foodie friends, but we are opening up the book to recipes from chili experts across the globe.
I am currently helping Brian look for recipes that he will review for the book. I thought I'd reach out to you since you have a chili recipe ready to go. The one on Yummly looked great!
Please check out our website here and let me know if you are interested in working with us on this: https://foxchapelpublishing.com/news/chili/
My deadline to receive recipes is no later than November 12, 2021.
You will be credited along with your blog name/URL, business name, etc - the book will be available globally where books are sold.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you!

Hi. I saw your Jamaican style greens recipe and am planning to try it tomorrow. But I saw your comment about callaloo greens. We call it amaranth here. Try searching for those. :)
